European Sparrowhawk

L'Épervier d'Europe (Accipiter nisus) est une espèce de petits oiseaux de proie de la famille des Accipitridae. Le mâle adulte a les parties supérieures gris bleuâtre et des parties inférieures barrées d'orange ; la femelle et le jeune sont bruns au-dessus et barrés de brun au-dessous. La femelle est jusqu'à 25 % plus grande que le mâle, ce qui constitue l'une des plus grandes différences de taille entre les sexes parmi toutes les espèces d'oiseaux.
