Agelastica alni, the alder leaf beetle, is a species of leaf beetle (Chrysomelidae) in the genus Agelastica. Agelastica alni is distributed in Europe, the Caucasus, Siberia, north-eastern Kazakhstan, and in the 19th century was introduced to the United States. The beetle and the beetle's larval host is the grey or speckled alder (Alnus incana) and to a lesser extent black alder (Alnus glutinosa), but it will also be found on hazel, birch or hornbeam if there is a shortage of food.

Agelastica alni, el escarabajo de la hoja del aliso, es una especie de escarabajo de la hoja (Chrysomelidae) del género Agelastica. ​ Agelastica alni se distribuye en Europa, el Cáucaso, Siberia, el noreste de Kazajistán y en el siglo XIX se introdujo en los Estados Unidos. ​ El escarabajo y el huésped larvario del escarabajo es el aliso gris o moteado (Alnus incana) y en menor medida el aliso negro (Alnus glutinosa), pero también se encontrará en avellanos, abedules o carpes​ si hay escasez de alimento.
