Lunar Underwing

Carduus acanthoides, le Chardon faux-acanthe, est une espèce de plantes à fleurs herbacées épineuses de la famille des Asteraceae (syn. Compositae), originaire d'Europe, d'Asie tempérée et d'Afrique du Nord, et naturalisée sur les autres continents. The lunar underwing (Omphaloscelis lunosa) is a moth of the family Noctuidae. The species was first described by Adrian Hardy Haworth in 1809. It has a scattered distribution in western Europe including Spain, Scandinavia and Algeria.
