Texas orb-weaver

Araneus illaudatus, commonly called the Texas orb-weaver, is a species of spider belonging to the family Araneidae. It has a rather restricted range in western Texas and eastern Arizona. The female is a very large, hairy orb-weaver, up to 25 mm in length (excluding legs).

Araneus illaudatus es una especie de araña del género Araneus, tribu Araneini, familia Araneidae. Fue descrita científicamente por Gertsch & Mulaik en 1936. ​ Se distribuye por México y Estados Unidos.
