Brown-banded Carder Bee

Le Bourdon des mousses, Bombus muscorum, est une espèce d'insectes hyménoptères du genre Bombus. Il est de petite taille et son thorax est roux. Il s'agit d'un insecte eusocial dont la reine n'est fécondée qu'avec un seul mâle et dont les nids sont construits dans des prairies ouvertes directement sur le sol et constitués d'un amas d'herbes sèches et de mousses, raison de son appellation.

The brown-banded carder bee (Bombus humilis) is a bumblebee found in most of Europe west of Russia, with the exception of Ireland and Iceland. It is also found in Turkey, on the Tibetan plateau, northern China, eastern and southern Mongolia, and parts of North Korea. In Britain, it is limited to the coast and chalkland areas of southern England, though the species has also been found in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Bombus pascuorum es una especie de abeja de la familia Apidae y del género de los abejorros (Bombus). Se distribuye por la mayor parte de Europa y del norte de Asia, hasta la costa del Pacífico. ​ Emerge al comienzo de la primavera y continúa activa hasta el final del otoño.
