Jouanin's Petrel

Le Pétrel de Jouanin (Bulweria fallax) appartient à la famille des Procellariidae typiquement marine. Son nom rend hommage à l'ornithologue Christian Jouanin (1925-2014). Description Cet oiseau de mer a une longueur de 31 cm pour une envergure de 79 cm.

Jouanin's petrel (Bulweria fallax) is a species of seabird in the family Procellariidae. It is found throughout the northwestern Indian Ocean and has also been found in New Zealand. Its natural habitats are open seas and shallow seas.

El petrel de Jouanin (Bulweria fallax)​​ es una especie de ave procelariforme de la familia de los petreles (Procellariidae). Se distribuye en Yibuti, Indonesia, Pakistán, Kenia, Maldivas, Mozambique, Omán, Arabia Saudita, Seychelles, Somalia y Yemen. También se ha registrado su reproducción en el archipiélago de Socotra.
