Calanus finmarchicus

Calanus finmarchicus is a species of copepod and a component of the zooplankton, which is found in enormous amounts in the northern Atlantic Ocean. Distribution and ecology Calanus finmarchicus is most commonly found in the North Sea and the Norwegian Sea. It is also found throughout the colder waters of the North Atlantic, especially off the coast of Canada, in the Gulf of Maine, and all the way up to western and northern Svalbard.

Calanus finmarchicus est une espèce de crustacés copépodes. Il est un constituant important du zooplancton qui se trouve en quantités énormes en mer du Nord. Ce zooplancton est considéré comme une possible source de matières premières alimentaires d'origine marine.

El lanzón del norte (Ammodytes dubius)​ es una especie de pez actinopeterigio marino,​ de la familia de los ammodítidos. ​ Biología Cuerpo alargado y fino, con una longitud máxima descrita de 25 cm. ​ En la aleta dorsal no tienen espinas y tienen 56 a 67 radios blandos, mientras que en la aleta anal también sin espinas y 28 a 35 radios blandos.
