Eastern Triangle Butterflyfish

Chaetodon baronessa, communément nommé Poisson-papillon baron, est une espèce de poissons marins de la famille des Chaetodontidae. Le Poisson-papillon baron est présent dans les eaux tropicales du centre de l'Indo/ouest Pacifique. Sa taille maximale est de 16 cm.

The eastern triangle butterflyfish (Chaetodon baronessa), also known as the baroness butterflyfish, is a species of marine ray-finned fish, a butterflyfish belonging to the family Chaetodontidae. It is found in the central Indo-West Pacific region from the Cocos-Keeling Islands and Indonesia in the eastern Indian Ocean to Fiji and Tonga, north to southern Japan, south to New Caledonia and New South Wales in Australia. Description It grows to a maximum of 16 cm long.

Chaetodon baronessa es una especie de pez mariposa marino del género Chaetodon, familia Chaetodontidae. ​ Su nombre común en inglés es Eastern triangular butterflyfish, o pez mariposa triangular del este. La especie cuenta con una amplia distribución y gran población en el Indo.
