Chirodactylus variegatus, the Peruvian morwong or bilagai, is a species of marine ray-finned fish traditionally regarded as belonging to the family Cheilodactylidae, the members of which are commonly known as morwongs. It is found in the southeastern Pacific Ocean off the western coast of South America. Taxonomy Chirodactylus variegatus was first formally described in 1833 as Cheilodactylus variegatus by the French zoologist Achille Valenciennes, with the type locality given as Valparaíso in Chile.

Chirodactylus variegatus, conocido con los nombres comunes de breca y bilagay,​ es una especie de pez del género Chirodactylus, familia Cheilodactylidae. Fue descrita científicamente por Valenciennes en 1833. ​ Se distribuye por el Pacífico Sudeste: desde Paita Perú hasta Talcahuano, Chile.
