Anthidium oblongatum, the oblong woolcarder bee, is a species of bee in the family Megachilidae, the leaf-cutter, carder, or mason bees. It is native to Eurasia and north Africa, and has also been introduced to North America. Range This species is found in Eurasia from Portugal via southern, central and eastern Europe, Ukraine, southern Russia and Siberia (east to Tuva) as well as via Asia Minor, the Caucasus to the Central Asian mountains and, if the information from Wu (2006) applies, to Inner Mongolia .
