Cigaritis epargyros

Cigaritis est un genre de lépidoptères (papillons) africains et asiatiques de la famille des Lycaenidae et de la sous-famille des Aphnaeinae. Systématique Le genre Cigaritis a été décrit par l'entomologiste français Hugues-Fleury Donzel (en) en 1847. L'espèce type est Cigaritis zohra Donzel, 1847.

Cigaritis is a genus of butterflies in the family Lycaenidae. Its species are found in the Afrotropical realm, the Indomalayan realm and adjacent regions of Asia. Cigaritis includes species that used to be placed in two other genera: Apharitis Riley, 1925 and Spindasis Wallengren, 1857.
