Lesser Spotted Eagle

L'Aigle pomarin (Clanga pomarina, anciennement Aquila pomarina) est une espèce de rapaces diurnes appartenant à la famille des Accipitridae. Description C'est un aigle de taille moyenne, d'environ 60 cm de longueur et d'une envergure de 150 cm. Comportement Seul de la famille des aigles à migrer en Afrique, il ne revient en Europe que pour se reproduire.

The lesser spotted eagle (Clanga pomarina) is a large Eastern European bird of prey. Like all typical eagles, it belongs to the family Accipitridae. The typical eagles are often united with the buteos, sea eagles, and other more heavy-set Accipitridae, but more recently it appears as if they are less distinct from the more slender accipitrine hawks than believed.

El águila pomerana (Clanga pomarina) es una especie de ave accipitriforme de la familia Accipitridae, distribuida por tres continentes. Nidifica en Anatolia, el Cáucaso y Europa oriental e invernan en el África oriental y austral. No se conocen subespecies,​ aunque anteriormente se consideraba a Clanga hastata como subespecie suya.
