Ruby-crowned Kinglet

Le Roitelet à couronne rubis (Corthylio calendula) est une espèce de passereaux appartenant à la famille des Regulidae. Le roitelet à couronne rubis n'est pas étroitement apparenté aux autres roitelets et appartient à son propre genre, Corthylio. Trois sous- espèces sont actuellement reconnues.

The ruby-crowned kinglet (Corthylio calendula) is a very small passerine bird found throughout North America. It is a member of the kinglet family. The bird has olive-green plumage with two white wing bars and a white eye-ring.

El reyezuelo rubí o reyezuelo de moño rojo (Corthylio calendula)​ es una especie de ave paseriforme de la familia Regulidae. Es nativo de Canadá, San Pedro y Miquelón, Estados Unidos, Bahamas Islas Caimán, Cuba, Islas Turcas y Caicos, México y Guatemala. Ocurre ocasionalmente en la República Dominicana, Jamaica, Groenlandia e Islandia.
