Diphyus quadripunctorius

Diphyus quadripunctorius est une espèce d'insectes hyménoptères de la famille des Ichneumonidae. Les larves parasitent les chenilles de Noctuidae.

Diphyus is a genus of parasitoid wasps belonging to the family Ichneumonidae. The genus was first described in 1890 by Joseph Kriechbaumer. (In the contents, the new genus is listed as Diphyes, a genus name which had already been used (1817) in the animal kingdom for a cnidarian genus, but in the text he described the genus Diphyus.
