Redtail Sharkminnow

The red-tailed black shark (Epalzeorhynchos bicolor; syn. Labeo bicolor), also known as the redtail shark, red tailed shark, and redtail sharkminnow, is a species of tropical freshwater fish in the carp family, Cyprinidae. It is named after its shark-like appearance and movement, as well as its distinctive red tail.

Le labéo bicolore, requin noir à queue rouge ou labéo à queue rouge (Epalzeorhynchos bicolor), anciennement Labeo bicolor, est une espèce de poissons d'eau douce de la famille des Cyprinidés. Il est originaire de Thaïlande : c'est une espèce endémique du fleuve Chao Phraya. On le pensait éteint dans la nature jusqu'à ce qu'il soit redécouvert en 2011.

El labeo bicolor o tiburón bicolor (Epalzeorhynchos bicolor) es un ciprínido, ovíparo, originario de Asia. Es muy popular en acuarios comunitarios y posee un carácter sumamente territorial. Pese a su nombre común, no es pariente de los tiburones.
