Epicallia villica

L'Écaille fermière ou Écaille villageoise (Arctia villica) est une espèce paléarctique de lépidoptères (papillons) de la famille des Erebidae et de la sous-famille des Arctiinae. Description L'imago a une envergure de 60 à 68 mm. Distribution Arctia villica est répandue de l'Europe et l'Afrique du Nord jusqu'à l'Asie centrale.

Arctia villica, the cream-spot tiger, is a moth of the family Erebidae. The species was first described by Carl Linnaeus in his 1758 10th edition of Systema Naturae. It is distributed from the Iberian Peninsula, Anatolia, western and northern Iran, western Siberia, southwestern Asia and North Africa.

Arctia es un género de lepidópteros de la subfamilia Arctiinae, familia Erebidae. ​ Es el género tipo de Arctiinae. Las especies están bien distribuidas en Norteamérica, el Paleártico, India y Sri Lanka.
