Le genre Graphium regroupe des insectes lépidoptères de la famille des Papilionidae et de la sous-famille des Papilioninae. Dénomiation Le genre a été décrit par le naturaliste italien Giovanni Antonio Scopoli en 1777. L'espèce type pour le genre est Papilio sarpedon (Linné, 1758), soit aujourd'hui Graphium sarpedon.
Graphium antheus, the large or larger striped swordtail, is a species of butterfly in the family Papilionidae (swallowtails), found in tropical and sub-Saharan Africa. Description The wingspan is 65–70 mm in males and 70–75 mm in females. The transverse bars in the cell of the forewing all separated; the apical spot in the cell of the hindwing above completely separated from the median band of the cell by the black ground-colour; the middle cell of the hindwing beneath with a deep black and red spot.
Graphium antheus es una especie de mariposa en la familia Papilionidae que se encuentra en zonas tropicales y África subsahariana. En inglés se la conoce como large o larger striped swordtail. La envergadura es de 65–70 mm en machos y 70–75 mm en hembras.
