The creamy-bellied antwren (Herpsilochmus motacilloides) is a species of bird in subfamily Thamnophilinae of family Thamnophilidae, the "typical antbirds". It is endemic to Peru. Taxonomy and systematics For much of the twentieth century the creamy-bellied antwren was treated as a subspecies of the Bahia antwren (Herpsilochmus pileatus), though at least one study suggested that it was a species.

El tiluchí motaciloide​ u hormiguerito de vientre cremoso (en Perú) (Herpsilochmus motacilloides),​ es una especie de ave paseriforme de la familia Thamnophilidae perteneciente al numeroso género Herpsilochmus. Es endémico de la región andina del centro sur de Perú. Distribución y hábitat Se distribuye en la pendiente oriental de los Andes de Perú, desde Huánuco hacia el sur hasta Cuzco, en el valle de Urubamba.
