Angelfish

Le Poisson-ange bleu (Holacanthus bermudensis) est un poisson appartenant à la famille des Pomacanthidae. Problème de synonymie Pour certains auteurs et sites (ITIS, Florida Museum of natural History...) , ce poisson est le même que Holacanthus isabelita.

Holacanthus bermudensis, also known as the blue angelfish or Bermuda blue angelfish, is a species of ray-finned fish, a marine angelfish belonging to the family Pomacanthidae. It occurs in the western Atlantic Ocean. Taxonomy Holacanthus bermudensis was first formally described as Holacanthus ciliaris bermudensis in 1876 by the American ichthyologist George Brown Goode (1851–1896).

Holacanthus bermudensis es una especie de pez marino perciforme y pomacántido. Su nombre común en inglés es Blue angelfish, o pez ángel azul. En español, dependiendo del país, puede ser chabelita azul o isabelita azul.
