Holothuria (Vaneyothuria) est un sous-genre de concombres de mer de la famille des Holothuriidae. Systématique Historiquement, ce groupe fut proposé par Elisabeth Deichmann (d) en tant que genre à part entière, mais les données scientifiques récentes l'ont placé au rang de sous-genre du vaste genre Holothuria.

John Engle Miller III (born 1949) is an American marine biologist and retired bishop of the Anglican Church in North America. He is a former Episcopal priest who played an active role in the Anglican realignment in the United States. Consecrated in 2008 to serve as a bishop in the Anglican Mission in the Americas, Miller later served as assisting bishop in the Gulf Atlantic Diocese and provided interim support during episcopal vacancies and leaves of absence in the Anglican Diocese of the Great Lakes and the Anglican Diocese of the Upper Midwest.

Holothuria es el género tipo de la familia de animales marinos Holothuriidae,​ pertenecientes a la clase Holothuroidea, comúnmente conocida como pepinos de mar. Los miembros del género se encuentran en aguas costeras en regiones tropicales y templadas. Son invertebrados de cuerpo blando y sin extremidades que habitan en el fondo del océano y generalmente son detritívoros.
