Ischyrus dunedinensis, the three-spotted pleasing fungus beetle, is a species of pleasing fungus beetle (family Erotylidae) endemic to the southeastern USA. Within its family, this beetle is placed in subfamily Tritominae, or – in taxonomic arrangements that prefer a more comprehensive subfamily Erotylinae – in tribe Tritomini of the Erotylinae. Originally described in 1917 as "Ischyrus tripunctatus" due to its three-spotted pronotum pattern, this scientific name had already been used for a distinct but likewise three-spotted Nicaraguan member of its genus in 1873.
