Isophya kraussii is a species of insect belonging to the family Tettigoniidae subfamily Phaneropterinae. It is found in Poland, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary. The species prefers bushy dry grasslands, forest edges and high-growing, slightly wet meadows.
