Black Langessa Moth

Langessa nomophilalis est une espèce américaine d'insectes lépidoptères (papillons) appartenant à la famille des Crambidae. Elle est l'unique représentante du genre monotypique Langessa. Elle est présente dans le Sud-Est des États-Unis.

Langessa is a genus of moths of the family Crambidae. It contains only one species, Langessa nomophilalis, the black langessa moth, which is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alabama, Florida and South Carolina. The wingspan is 20–22 mm.
