Clarion Snake Eel

Myrichthys est un genre de poissons téléostéens serpentiformes de la famille des Ophichthidae. Caractéristiques Contrairement aux apparences, ces animaux sont bien des poissons (proches des murènes), et pas des serpents. Ce genre de poissons n'est pas venimeux.

The Clarion snake eel (Myrichthys pantostigmius) is an eel in the family Ophichthidae (worm/snake eels). It was described by David Starr Jordan and Ernest Alexander McGregor in 1898. It is a tropical, marine eel which is known from Mexico, in the eastern central Pacific Ocean.
