Neochetina bruchi, the chevroned water hyacinth weevil, is a species of marsh weevil in the beetle family Brachyceridae found in South America. It has been introduced into North America as biocontrol of the invasive plant Eichhornia crassipes (water hyacinth).

El gorgojo del camalote (Neochetina eichhorniae) es un gorgojo nativo de Argentina y regiones aledañas. Su planta huésped es el jacinto del agua, nativo del Amazonas. Considerada como parte de la familia Brachyceridae, que antes era tratada como subfamilia de Curculionidae.
