Notiophilus semistriatus

Notiophilus est un genre d'insectes de l'ordre des coléoptères.

Notiophilus semistriatus, the semi-striate big-eyed beetle, is a species of ground beetle in the family Carabidae. It is found in North America, where it inhabits moraines, abandoned fields, roadsides, orchards and forest edges. Adults are mostly diurnal and wing-dimorphic, with some adults being macropterous, while others are brachypterous.

Notiophilus semistriatus es una especie de escarabajo del género Notiophilus, familia Carabidae. ​ Fue descrita científicamente por Say en 1823. ​ Esta especie habita en el Holártico, se puede encontrar en los Estados Unidos, Canadá, Rusia, Alaska.
