Notocelia incarnatana, the chalk rose bell, is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in China, Mongolia, Japan, Russia, Kazakhstan and Europe, where it has been recorded from most of the continent, except parts of the Balkan Peninsula. The wingspan is 14–20 mm.
Notocelia incarnatana es una especie de polilla del género Notocelia, tribu Eucosmini, familia Tortricidae. Fue descrita científicamente por Hubner. La envergadura es de unos 14–20 milímetros.
