Horniman’s Green-banded Swallowtail

Papilio hornimani, the Hornimans green-banded swallowtail or Horniman's swallowtail, is a species of swallowtail butterfly from the genus Papilio that is found in the highland forests of Kenya and Tanzania. The larvae feed on Vepris and possibly Citrus species. Papilio nireus es una mariposa de la familia Papilionidae. Se encuentra en África subsahariana. La envergadura es de 75-90 milímetros (3-3,5 plg) en machos y 85-95 milímetros (3,3-3,7 plg) en hembras.
