Speckled Sandperch

La Pintade de mer ou Perche de sable à tache noire (Parapercis hexophtalma) est une espèce de poissons osseux de la famille des Pinguipédidés. Description La pintade de mer s'identifie facilement par une grosse tache noire au centre de la nageoire caudale. Parapercis hexophtalma, the speckled sandperch, is a species of marine ray-finned fish in the family Pinguipedidae, found in the western Indo-Pacific Ocean. It was first described by the French naturalist Georges Cuvier in 1829. There are several synonyms, some of which represent misspellings of the original name, and others which were given to female fish, at the time thought to be a separate species.

Parapercis hexophtalma, comúnmente conocido como arenal moteado, es una especie de pez óseo marino de la familia Pinguipedidae, que se encuentra en el océano Indo-Pacífico occidental. Fue descrito por primera vez por el naturalista francés Georges Cuvier en 1829. Hay varios sinónimos, algunos de los cuales representan errores ortográficos del nombre original,​ y otros que se les dieron a las hembras, que en ese momento se pensaba que eran una especie distinta.
