The Coronado Island leaf-toed gecko (Phyllodactylus coronatus) is a species of gecko. It is endemic to the Coronado Islands in Mexico.
Phyllodactylus, del griego clásico φύλλον (phúllon), "hoja", y δάκτυλος (dáktulos), "dedo", es un género de geckos pertenecientes a la familia Gekkonidae.
