Rock Semaphore Gecko

Pristurus rupestris est une espèce de geckos de la famille des Sphaerodactylidae. Répartition Cette espèce se rencontre : dans le sud-ouest de la Jordanie ; en Arabie saoudite ; en Iran ; aux Émirats arabes unis à Oman ; en Érythrée ; dans le nord de la Somalie ; en Éthiopie ; à Djibouti. Sa présence est incertaine au Pakistan, au Soudan et au Soudan du Sud.

Pristurus rupestris, also known as the rock semaphore gecko, Blanford's semaphore gecko, and Persia rock gecko, is a species of gecko in the genus Pristurus which inhabits parts of Arabia, Iran, Pakistan, Somalia, and Eritrea. This species lives in stony formations, mainly in flat, hard, sandy, barren regions and gravelly plains. It also lives in open, dry forest and bushland.
