The white-breasted antbird (Rhegmatorhina hoffmannsi) is a species of bird in subfamily Thamnophilinae of family Thamnophilidae, the "typical antbirds". It is endemic to Brazil. Taxonomy and systematics The five members of genus Rhegmatorhina are sisters to the three species of genus Gymnopithys.

El hormiguero pechiblanco​ u hormiguero de pecho blanco (Rhegmatorhina hoffmannsi)​ es una especie de ave paseriforme de la familia Thamnophilidae perteneciente al género Rhegmatorhina. Es endémico del centro oeste de la cuenca amazónica en Brasil. Distribución y hábitat Se distribuye en el centro de la Amazonia brasileña, desde la margen oriental del bajo río Madeira hacia el sur a través de Rondônia hasta el oeste de Mato Grosso.
