Sebastes elongatus, the greenstriped rockfish, striped rockfish, strawberry rockfish, poinsettias, reina or serena, is a species of marine ray-finned fish belonging to the subfamily Sebastinae, the rockfishes, part of the family Scorpaenidae. It is found in the northeastern Pacific Ocean. Taxonomy Sebastes elongatus was first formally described in 1859 by the American physician and ichthyologist William Orville Ayres with the type locality given as San Francisco, California.
