Pichincha Thomasomys

The Pichincha Oldfield mouse (Thomasomys vulcani) is a species of rodent in the family Cricetidae. It is present in the Cordillera Occidental of the Andes of Ecuador, where its habitats include shrubby páramo and montane forest. It is nocturnal and terrestrial.
