Tropidodipsas papavericola, the poppyfield snailsucker, is a species of snake in the family, Colubridae. Formally described in 2021, it is named after its habit of living among poppy plants. Endemic to Mexico, it is restricted to moderate elevations in the Sierra Madre del Sur in central Guerrero.
