Ceratops horridus

Nedoceratops (du russe « nedo », « insuffisant » et du grec ancien « keratops », « tête à cornes ») est un genre fossile de dinosaures herbivores cératopsiens ayant vécu à la fin du Crétacé supérieur (Maastrichtien) en Amérique du Nord, il y a entre 68 et 66 millions d'années. Ce genre est représenté par l'unique espèce Nedoceratops hatcheri. Selon Paleobiology Database en 2026, ce genre Nedoceratops est un synonyme de Triceratops depuis 2010 par Scannella & Horner, 2011 par Scannella & Horner, 2012 par Longrich & Field, 2014 par Longrich.

Triceratops ( try-SERR-ə-tops; lit. 'three-horned face') is a genus of chasmosaurine ceratopsian dinosaur that lived during the late Maastrichtian age of the Late Cretaceous period, about 69 to 66 million years ago on the island continent of Laramidia, now forming western North America. It was one of the last-known non-avian dinosaurs and lived until the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event 66 million years ago.

Nedoceratops hatcheri es la única especie conocida del género dudoso extinto Nedoceratops (gr. "cara con cuernos insuficientes") de dinosaurio ceratopsiano ceratópsido que vivió a finales del período Cretácico hace aproximadamente 68 millones de años, en lo que hoy es Norteamérica. Es conocido por un cráneo descrito en 1905 como Diceratops.
