Iberochondrostoma lusitanicum, or the boga-portuguesa or Portuguese arched-mouth nase, is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Leuciscidae, which includes the daces, minnows and related fishes. This species is endemic to Portugal. Taxonomy Iberochondrostoma lusitanicum was first formally described as Chondrostoma lusitanicum in 1980 by the Portuguese zoologist Maria João Collares-Pereira with its type locality given as the Río Xarrama in the Sado River basin in Portugal.

La boga portuguesa (Iberochondrostoma lusitanicum),​ es una especie de pez actinopterígeo de la familia de los ciprínidos. Es endémica de las cuencas del norte y centro de Portugal, su límite meridional es la cuenca del Sado. En la albufera de Caia, junto a la localidad de Arronches, se encuentra uno de los mayores y más importantes viveros naturales de esta especie.
