Naso caesius, the grey unicornfish or silverblotched unicornfish, is a species of marine ray-finned fish belonging to the family Acanthuridae, the surgeonfishes, unicornfishes and tangs. This species occurs in the Indo-Pacific region. Taxonomy Naso caesius was first formally described in 1992 by the American ichthyologist John Ernest Randall and marine biologist Lori Jane Bell Colin with its type locality given as the northern side of the East Channel of Eniwetak Atoll in the Marshall Islands.

El Naso caesius es una especie de pez cirujano del género Naso, encuadrado en la familia Acanthuridae. Es un pez marino del orden Perciformes, ampliamente distribuido por aguas tropicales del océano Pacífico oeste y sur-central, pero no se ha reportado en el resto del Triángulo de Coral. ​ Su nombre más común en inglés es Gray unicornfish, o pez unicornio gris, debido al color base de la especie.
