Mountain Coati

Le coati de montagne (Nasua olivacea) est une espèce de mammifère carnivore de la famille des Procyonidae. On rencontre ce coati nain dans Nord des Andes en Amérique du Sud. Autrefois traditionnellement considéré comme étant le seul membre du genre Nasuella, séparé des coatis de plus grande taille qui appartiennent au genre Nasua, sa classification fut remise en question fortement par la phylogénie moléculaire du XXIe siècle.
