The Ruwenzori horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus ruwenzorii) is a species of bat in the family Rhinolophidae. It is found in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and swamps, caves and other subterranean habitats.
Los murciélagos de herradura del género Rhinolophus, del griego clásico ῥίς (rhís), "nariz", y λόφος (lóphos), "cresta", constituyen el único exponente de la subfamilia Rhinolophinae, nombrada por John Edward Gray (1800 - 1875), en 1825. Especies Rhinolophus acuminatus, Peters, 1871. Rhinolophus adami, Aellen y Brosset, 1968.
