Schnitzler's horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus schnitzleri) is a species of bat in the family Rhinolophidae. It is endemic to China. Taxonomy The bat was first described by Wu Yi and Vu Dinh Thong in 2011.

Los murciélagos de herradura del género Rhinolophus, del griego clásico ῥίς (rhís), "nariz", y λόφος (lóphos), "cresta", constituyen el único exponente de la subfamilia Rhinolophinae, nombrada por John Edward Gray (1800 - 1875), en 1825.
