La Grande sériole ou simplement sériole (Seriola lalandi), est une espèce de poissons marins de la famille des Carangidés. Elle est aussi parfois appelée Sériole-chinchard ou Liche-chinchard. Taxonomie et dénomination Seriola lalandi fait partie de l'ordre des Perciformes et du sous-ordre des Percoidei.
The yellowtail amberjack, yellowtail kingfish, hiramasa or great amberjack (Seriola lalandi) is a large fish found in the oceans of the Southern Hemisphere. Although previously thought to be found in all oceans and seas, recent genetic analysis restricts S. lalandi proper to the Southern Hemisphere waters.
Seriola lalandi ―conocido como jurel, jurel de Castilla, dorado chileno o palometa chilena― es un pez de cola amarilla, sin línea negra en los ojos; solo se puede encontrar en aguas subtropicales o templadas calientes.
